Alastair Jupp
Managing Director
Alastair joined QGate in 2018 as a Business Consultant, working with our clients to understand their needs and helping to deliver some of the solutions that transformed their businesses.
In 2021 Alastair was invited by the board to become Managing Director. He was instrumental in shaping our vision and our values as well as our unique approach to consulting.
Alastair has a wealth of experience in consulting within tech and SaaS, expertise he still draws on, working closely with many of our clients.
James Jury
Operations Director
James is our longest-serving team member, outside of our company’s founder and chairperson, Rowland Dexter.
James joined QGate in 2000 as an applications developer before being promoted to data services team lead, then professional-services manager.
He became operations director in 2020, overseeing the day-to-day running of QGate as well as supporting the delivery teams.
Josh Dhaliwal
Head of Sales and Marketing
Josh joined QGate in 2023 bringing with him over two decades of sales marketing experience across media, software and technology including time with ITN News and Mediafly.
Josh heads up the sales and marketing team, introducing prospects to our unique approach to digital transformation and Dynamics 365 recovery.
Phil Spurgeon
Marketing Manger
Phil joined QGate in 2024. Phil’s experience covers a wide range of disciplines with a big focus on search and content.
He has worked across various industries, notably in the tech and SaaS including customer engagement solutions and within the Microsoft ecosystem.
It’s Phil’s job to make sure our website and other channels reflect our mission, vision and values.
Lee Harris
Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant
Lee joined QGate in 2012 and quickly established himself as an authority in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Lee is our resident Microsoft Dynamics 365 guru making sure that our clients are not only maximising the platform’s potential for their business but getting visibility of the new features too.
Jonathan Small
Project Lead
As QGate’s project lead he’s our main point of contact for clients as they go through their digital transformation.
Jonathan’s background in education makes him the ideal choice to navigate users through their Dynamics 365 projects. He is also our ClickLearn champion, helping clients train their people more effectively.
