Pulling it Apart | QGate

Most organisations are running on processes that have never really been examined.

Over time, ways of working settle in through habit, workarounds, and well-intentioned fixes. They hold together, they deliver results of sorts, and they rarely trigger an urgent conversation until the pressure increases or the business needs to move faster.

Process analysis isn’t about small improvements or efficiency gains. It’s about pulling work apart deliberately, seeing what’s actually happening beneath the surface, and deciding how leaders want the business to operate going forward.

Doing that early is uncomfortable. Leaving it too late is far more expensive.
