Hi, my name is Rowland Dexter, Managing Director for QGate. In this video we're going to talk about who you might work with to assist you with your CRM project. That could be an individual that could be an organization, partner organization such as QGate.
The benefit of pulling somebody in who has done CRM in many instances before will be noticeable as you go through the project. You may be a technical organization, may have good technical resource within the organization but that doesn't make them an expert in rolling out CRM. If you think about some of the other factors that we've already covered in some of the other videos there are many aspects to take into account.
Having somebody who's been through this process, who can bring their expertise to bear on your project, will pay dividends.
So what type of people might you look for? If you're in a particular industry you might look for a partner that focuses on financial services - if that's your industry. Somebody who's put CRM into other organizations in that particular industry. And they may have their own intellectual property - products or code or modules -- that they can bring to your project and give you significant benefit from all of their experience.
Also think about if you can get on with these people? It's going to be a fairly long engagement and you want to make sure that you can have appropriate conversations and the working relationship is a positive one. It's something we look for when we're working with clients.
The number consideration's there but the benefits of getting a good partner are significant and will make a noticeable difference in the success of your CRM.
