QGate announces the launch of QLab, an in-house innovation studio focused on delivering no-code enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• QLab.Quote – enables customers to configure, accept, and confirm quotes online.
• QLab.Lead – automates lead source categorisation to support accurate campaign attribution.
• QLab.Insight – provides a ready-to-deploy Power BI foundation, enabling business leaders to extract insight from their CRM without the need for a custom build.
• QLab.Feedback – introduces in-app CRM feedback, empowering users to flag issues or suggestions in real time.

This launch marks the first wave of plugins, with additional modules already in development. The roadmap includes enhancements that focus on system automation and real-time collaboration.
